Jan 2nd Now Supporting Mahalo Answers & Yelp

Starting today, BackType supports both Mahalo Answers and Yelp. To claim your answers and reviews, visit the claim comments page. This begins our coverage into two new areas for comment-like data: answers and reviews.

To date, we support:

Publishing Platforms: Blogger, TypePad, LiveJournal, Movable Type, Vox, Wordpress
Comment Systems: Disqus, Intense Debate
Answers: Mahalo Answers
Reviews: Yelp
Social News: Digg, Hacker News, Reddit

I've claimed my LiveJournal and IntenseDebate accounts and Connected my Facebook. Shouldn't BT have pulled in my old comments from those accounts by now, or does it only work on post-claim comments?

Generally, when we add a new source or support a new platform, we don't retrieve all the associated comments that were published in the past — we pickup comments made from that pt on. Please send us the properties you comment on and we will look into it for you:
